Old Business
- Sewer Update: Miles reported that BWL has paid off all bonds for the sewer system. LWL (Little Whitefish Lake) contends that they too have paid off their bonds however the County cannot account for the majority of LWL funds. As BWL bonds have been paid off, future sewer billings sent to residents will be reduced to only the operating costs and maintenance. Miles and Pat Maioho will follow-up with the County for answers to the following questions: What is the current balance in the Sewer Fund for BWL? What is the breakdown of the new billing to residents (how much is for maintenance, how much for operating cost)? Bob Cichewicz will be asked to prepare a spreadsheet with the numbers that are known to him to present at the Spring Membership meeting. The board wishes to acknowledge the time and effort that Bob Cichewicz has made to ascertain the correctness of BWL’s participation and funding in the sewer system.
New Business
- Spring Membership Meeting: Patrick will ask the Township Supervisor to attend.
Meeting adjourned 8:16pm.
